I just want to say how privileged I feel to be part of your research study. I can tell you that I began with a little trepidation, not knowing fully what I would be getting myself into... I was surprised that so many others, and not just myself, were there to seek a change in their life that would help them not only physically, but emotionally as well because as we all have figured out by now, overall health improvement affects both positively.

Since I began the study on April 26, changes have taken place that have positively impacted my life. Both the resistance training (4x weekly) and taking the whey protein daily are new changes in my life. Beginning with a baseline and being monitored and seeing the progress made has been very encouraging. The assistance I've received from your research team members has been immeasurable. I feel like I have my own personal trainers cost free as well as the use of your facility. How great is that?!

I am proud of myself, and just feel so good that I've done something I've always wanted to in my own strength and willpower. I have a heightened feeling of satisfaction for the progress I've made, and that takes courage. Again, thank you for this and so much more!

Thanks to Dr. Paul's Protocol, I don’t crave something sweet after meals anymore! I think this is because of the six meals a day. I'm in a good place mentally right now, and I have Dr. Paul to thank for that. Eating 6 meals a day has been SO much better for me, bringing a more balanced day all around. I've already lost 10 pounds and its staying off! Thank you Dr. Paul!

Dr. Paul Arciero was a presenter at a teen Girl Scout Camp held at the Silver Bay Association in upstate New York. We were all pleasantly surprised by the girls’ interest in the Optimal Nutrition Learning Seminar and their follow-through by putting what they learned into action. Dr. Pauls scheduled 30 minute presentation extended to almost two hours because of the ensuing discussion, suggestions, and high interest among the girls! Dr. Paul also had the girls participate in outdoor Yoga and strength training workshops and they learned that yoga can be strenuous and quite a work out and learned how best to use their bodies for optimal fitness. They really enjoyed trying things that were new to many of them. It was wonderful to see the change in the girls’ perspectives and watch them grow in ability and determination during these sessions with Dr. Paul.

I can’t say enough about the presentations given by Dr. Paul. He tailored the program to the age and ability level of the girls and kept them interested throughout all of the sessions.
