16 Weeks To A New Way of Life? Help Me Make My Protocol Better!

I've recently started a new 16 Week program using my Protocol, "Dr. Paul's Protocol".   About 30 folks have joined me on this journey and we 've been at it for about 7 weeks now.  I'm very proud to see the progress that many of you have made!  It's amazing to see how ANYONE can pick up the daily habits that are truly life changing.  And it really is the "small things", the details of life.  Like getting up just one hour earlier each day to squeeze in that Performance Yoga routine or Solitude Endurance Exercise (SEE)...it really makes a difference!  I would like more of you to share your thoughts about the Protocol...how you feel...what you look forward to each day...what motivates you...or holds you back.
